500ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges and a small head. Raisins, blackcurrant, pine and some roasted notes in the aroma. Fruity, moderately sweet and hoppy taste with raisins, blackcurrant, pine, caramel and some slightly soapy notes. A modern interpretation on this style yet not too over the top in terms of how contemporary it is.

Barwa miedziana, klarowne, piana jasnobeżowa, dość obfita, szybko opada, bez koronki. W aromacie karmel, lekka paloność, minimalny alkohol, trochę chmielu i melanoidyn. W smaku raczej słodkie, karmelowe, palone, lekki alkohol, są melanoidyny, jednak nie ma ich jakoś dużo. Pełnia maksymalnie średnia, trochę niezbalansowane, goryczka średnia, wysycenie średnie do wysokiego. Trochę niewykorzystany potencjał, ale nie jest najgorszy.

Dosc kozlakowato ;) cascade ledwo wyczuwalny. Wcale nie jest zle calosciowo

Bottle. Pours clear dark orange amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with hoppy notes. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and yeast, complemented by bitter, hoppy notes. Hints of fruit. Rough, estery and slightly bready finish. Drinkable but nothing special.

Shortlived yellowish head with a mossy reflection fed by lively carbonated red-amber beer. Fresh nose with citrus, green herbs; touch of caramel all the same, bit of rainwater; Bready, dry-ish. Again rainwater, dark bread, also (bit) green leaves. Maltbread with faint breadcrust. Titillating feel at the tonguesides, slick, medium bodied. Nice Bock. Just why the Cascade is beyond me.
