Bottled. Hazy coppery brown colour with a rubyish tone to it. Mediumsized creamy beige head that leaves some lace. Aroma is toffee, leather, some wood and mild winelike notes. Flavour is very similar in a good pleasant and richly bodied way. Tasty. A bit tart in the finish.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 11/2017, lot# L034 12.

Small dark cream head over reddish brown-amber beer. (Red)fruity, woody, lactic acid - typical oud bruin nose with fruit. Old wine casks, vinous. Fruity, but with very severe woody tannines. Dry, with even dry-out effect. Chocolate in the finish; chocolate-covered dark cherries. Rather well-bodied, despite the low ABV and high acid content. Smooth, but dry-severe. Good one! The winebarrel aging really did the world for this beer. Tasted with Kingele Dark Chocolate cherries - a match made in heaven!
