Our original California Kölsch is a rich golden brew, crafted with aromatic German hops and rounded out with a blend of American and Munich malts. While it's hopped like a lager, we ferment it like an ale to create a smooth, bright taste that has just a hint of fruit and spice. It's extremely drinkable, like a Kölsch should be. And complex, like a good craft beer demands.

355 ml. bottle. Hazy, golden colour with a dense, white head. Sweet aroma with grass hops, pepper, citrus, pale malts and a hint of fruits and yeasts. Taste is light sweet. Light to medium body with a lively carbonation. Finishes dry with a mild pepper and spices note. A good summers beer.

Golden with a small white head. For a brewery I rate as one of the best IPA brewers in the world, I was a bit surprised at the malty aroma when the label says pale ale. Breadcrust is the first impression, with some light pear esters, and ever so light citrus and grass. The flavour is clean and quite sweet malty with some mild fruity notes
