Inspired by a recipe from the Gallia brewery from 1890, it is the historic Lager of Paris, the one with which the Gallia adventure began again in 2009. A low fermentation beer, well-dosed hops, Pilsner malt, a touch bitterness, sweetness and life is good.

Bottle from Beerwulf. Aroma is cereal malt with mild floral hop. A bit sweetish with a moderate bitterness. Medium body. Clean Lager, bittersweetish with some floral noble hop.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy, some earthy and mild bready tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, grassy, herbal and earthy. Primitive and easy going clean lager.

33cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: gold, clear. A: sweet malty, bready, bit grainy, spicy touch. T: medium malty base, sweet grainy, bit bready, caramel touch, soft carbonation, quite boring yet drinkable.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Goudgeel troebel bier. Aroma en smaak is hoppig maar waterig. Geen nasmaak.

Fles gekregen van Roelzie1986, geprobeerd met Benzai. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een dun laagje wit schuim. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig en wat bitter.

330ml bottle from Super U. Pours clear gold, medium white head. Aroma is pale malts with a light sweetness. Taste is clean with a low bitterness, verges on cloying but not quite. Moderate sweet character, drying finish. Lacks a nice crisp bitterness.
