Fast gone big-bubbled head, followed by soda-like pearling in hazy yellow beer. Most of wine, marc, grapepeels and -kernels, and a bit of dough. Grainy flavour, with a fine acidic finish, which is the only sign of the vinous addition in the flavour. Generally sweet. Quite slick, with a pretty empty finish. Un peu fade, non? Txs to Stef!< /I>

An unclear beer with a disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wine, coriander, and yeast. the flavor is sweet with ginger being most dominant, but also notes of wine, coriander, and citrus, before a dry end sets in. The body is thin.

Bottled. Cloudy golden. Flowery yeasty aroma. Sweet and medium bodied, the gewürztraminer really adds to the flavour and vinous character. A very interesting beer, even if it’s not the most well balanced.

Muddy blond beer. Yeasty aroma, a bit fruity. Some sweetness, light fruitness, too high yeast sensation, light spices.
