Small to medium irregular white head, fed by lively carbonated veiled pale cognac-coloured beer. Cookies, petit beurre with white candi sugar, even some honey, yeast and a few green garden herbs. Much sweeter than the nose suggested; again honey, but also dried bread, other grains or even dough. Quite slick, medium bodied at best, alcohol peeping through. Light, but not unpleasant acidity on the tonguesides in the aftertaste. Rather dull. Not the best of the honey that emerges.
