La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua arrivano caratteristiche di miele, frumento, agrumi, arancia amara e limone.

Draft in Rimini, Italy. Pours Camry yellow with fine white foam. Aroma is lemony and fruity. Body is kind of thin. Taste is overly sweet, a little tart. Finish is average.

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Orangée, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme au bouquet très enivrant, biscuité, pain, et levure. Rétro mielleux fleuri très agréable ponctué par un houblonné noble fleuri et légèrement fruité. Palais est épais avec un petit côté épicé, fleuri et un rappel de laurier. Rondeur mielleuse en bouche, millefiori. Amertume légère reste en retrait ici aussi centrée vers le noble. Simple, mais superbement bien exécutée.

Huge white, dense head over very clear golden beer. Grassy, pale malts nose, some dry hops, "herb". Bit sharpish maltflavour, but sharpness probably due to the CO²; pineappleester. Very carbonated, near fizzy MF, despite no visual indication. Overcarbonateion is responsible for the rather agressive impression of what is, after all, a rather simple, uncomplex beer, missing depth.

This time the San Biagio beer has a more controlled carbonation; it pours a hazy blond color; with the head reducing to a thin layer. Strong coriander aroma. The body is thin, the flavor is simple, dry, a bit lemony and with some coriander. Correct bitterness. Easy.
