Pale yellow beer with a very fine & lively carbonation to thick-set, stable, just yellowish head. Creamy nose with some spicy touches, spicy hops, dought and a faint hint at white candi sugar. Dry-ish, with a touch of spicy hops, greenery, and again as if just a little white candi sugar was added. Peppery finish. Lively carbonateion, rather light body, creamy texture. Reasonable blonde.
