Bottle at GBBF 2011. It pours dark orange-amber, with a thick fluffy beige head. The nose is pine, grass, sweet tangerine, grapefruit, American cream soda and honey. The taste is pine, orange, grapefruit, lime, mango, hay, grass and cereal, with a decent bitter-dry finish. Medium body and moderate, but soft carbonation. A flavoursome and refreshing brew on a hot day at GBBF.

Bottled. Copper colour with small off-white head. Aroma is caramel and bready malts along with some mild toasted notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Quite pleasantly balanced brew with a long sweet malty aftertaste.

Sampler 19.Dec. 2008 at Blue Star Cafe&Bar with Stefan. Golden amber, the smell is like a a field of flowers and clover, and suddenly I missed summer after all. Mild, and rather thin. No finish, that disappointed me a bit. I would have liked the sense of summer to last a bit longer...

12 oz bottle into English pint. Pours a clear copper with a medium light-beige head that falls pretty quick; leaves a collar of foam. Aroma is all caramel malt. Taste starts out sweet but quickly turns bitter with a touch of sour--something I like. I don’t care for all-sweet ambers. Carbonation is medium-high, body is medium-full. Not bad for an amber (one of my least favorite styles).

12 oz. bottle, pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts and berries. Flavour of berries, caramel malts, and a little tartness on the finish. Decent.

Orange-copper beer; small whitish rim. Very fruity, estery, C-hops nose with passion fruit, melon, grapefruit; very inviting. Bitter, with cakey background; C-hops, hopoil Γ  gogo. Very bitter orange, pepper in the finish. Peppery, spritzy despite no visual carbonation, medium bodied. Quite nice, all the more as it is brewed with usually disappointing organic ingredients.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange-amber color with a thin light beige head that evaporates quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Mild hops aroma with malty notes. Light body with flavors of grainy malt, fruit and hops. The finish is caramel malt with a bit of hops left over. Above average organic brew overall.
