Huge, dense beige head over cloudy dark brown beer with chestnut reflections. Coriander, coriander, coriander and diacetyl. Ouchhh. Citrus, coriander, dominating the taste with some discreet dark malts. Bit sticky, medium bodied. Coriander keeps sticking on my palate. OFFICIALY, NO CORIANDER USED. JUST HONEY AND BUCKWHEAT + the usual... IMO, they did not only replace the hops by coriander, as Ir. Roger Mussche advocates, but even the malts.
