Small white head over corn-golden beer, clear. Very neutral nose, like still water, muddy. Grain taste, neutral to light sweet. "Crisp" is the word, for better or for worse. Light bitterish aftertaste, very light body. Dull ale. Maybe ’t wasn’t such a bright idea trying it, whilst watching a TV series where they were trying Saison Dupont, Saison de Pipaix and other gems... Thanks, Stef C!

Relatively full gold colour, which in Canadian macro terms indicates "old man’s beer". Grainy, malty, slightly fuselly aroma. Light malty flavour with hints of acetaldehyde. Slightly full body for style.
