On tap at their braustübe.
Golden color, with medium white head. Grainy aroma, sweet, hay, Taste is sweet, malty, but with also a light hoppiness. Medium bodied. Alcohol is there, but it doesn't bother too much. I wouldn't drink much of it, but all in all it was good.

On tap at Forst, pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has herbaceous notes, spicy grassiness, and bready malt. Flavour has a slightly sweet bready malt character, gently grassy hops, and biscuity malt. Slightly sweet biscuity finish. Clean and competently brewed. Solid.

On tap.

Tap in Trento. Clear gold with a tall head. Honey malt nose, light esters and bready malt. Malty, fruity, medium sweet flavor. Mot too heavy. Nice.

Pours dark golden, almost perfectly clear. Average sized large bubbled white head, decent retention and lacing. A quite subdued aroma with cereal and white bread notes followed by honey and possibly a hint of fruitiness. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, again with not much intensity. Medium sweetness and low to medium bitterness; the beer is balanced in the mouth with a noticeable sweet edge in a slightly unclean finish/aftertaste. Medium bodied or slightly below medium bodied with low to medium, quite delicate carbonation, feels light for the abv and slightly oily.

Tap at the Tap Room in Meran/Merano-Italy. Clear ancient golden pour with a medium compact off-white cap. Nose: honey is moderate (I expected more, knowing how Forst pushes it on its beers), crumb, dried resins. Mouth: clean start, round malty with a punch of warm alcohol feel, pretty bitter with a sharp honey finish. Nice all-in-all.

Tap at the brewery, given as 7.5%. Cloudy golden color with a fluffy creamy white head. Aroma is malty, bready, lots of biscuits together with an honeyish note and fruity tones (apricot), yeasty, light on the hops side. Taste is sweetish and really blanced, a priominent bitter and citric note provide roundness, well structured medium-thick body. Finish aromatic, pleasing, noticeable alcohol level. Nice surprise, liked.

Draught at Eataly, Bologna
Deep blond color, medium head. The aroma is too light, the flavor is reasonably strong, with quite good malt, round mouthfeel and correct bitterness; long aftertaste. pleasant but easy.

Draught Pale golden beer, medium white head. Grainy nose, bit sweet, dry hay, not very present. Very sweet-malty taste, but just enough hops to counter the "too much". Good balance, strangely enough. Medium bodied, slick. I find the alcohol rather hidden, did not expect 7.5%. Not a bad beer, certainly on draught.
