Stupendously very fine, white head, leaving fine lace over hazy orange beer. Very fresh-smelling of springblossoms, garden herbs, grass, fresh pale malts and even some greenmalt; discreet but present hops. BItter, quite hopped taste at first, then an orange-spiced sweetness comes on, but never the hops let go. Actually very good, until, warming up the dreaded herb surfaces; do I need to specify? Medium bodied at best, refreshing. Wouldn’t it be for the coriander, I would be thinking of the beginnings of Poperings Hommelbier, when it was still worthy of the name...
