@Noogfest High5 Thanks heemer77-750ml bottle #375 of 1191-pours a white ring for a head and hazy pale yellow color. Aroma is wood, yeast, light malt, fruit. Taste is wood/oak, yeast, light malt, fruit-tart. Nice.

Special Bottling 3/4 l Orange beer with slight haze, no head. Fruity, passion fruit, brandy nose. In the taste, a wild strawberry flavour, alcohol, some fresh, but sweet malts. Quite slick and viscuous, alcoholexplosion backthroat. Very good tripel, if changed very much by the aging.

Thanks to valpoaj for this bottle - medium gold beer - semi-tart and tannic white wine-like aroma, very light funkiness, light herbs, apple skins - really soft but full carbonation - some light honey character, apples, mild tartness and acidity - white grape tannins that try to balance the sweetness - mild spices and alcohol - the oak is understated but present - another really nice beer from these guys.
