Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours bright copper with a beige head. Aroma is floral with somewhat toasty malt. Med body. Flavor is rather sweet toasty malt with some floral hop. Maybe a touch too sweet for the style. Or not. Little hints of chocolate creep out. Not sure it nails the style. We need to ask one of the cousins about that. Nice.

Draught Deep brown with foxy highlights and a mossy shine; smalllish head. Malty, with an almondlike aroma. A sweetish underbuild, but well-(orangey, citrussy)hopped in flavour - oh surprise, surprise. Slick, but dry, not in the least from the rather un-British hopoils. Well, ’nuff said. Beginning SoCal brewer.
