Clear-orange gold under little white rim. Speculoos (hard Belgian gingerbread), kruidkoek (soft Dutch gingerbread), orangezeste, yeasty and spicey nose. Sweet taste with a flavour that hints at fruity sourness but without any real acidity. Good balance, certainly if one spice is added in a more pronounced way. Medium bodied, bit syrupy, suggests more alcohol. I like this, a tad dry, just the peel, probably, but it worked!
