This crisp, hoppy Northwest IPA features Centennial, Cascade and Columbus hops that impart strong citrus hop flavors and aromas.
Our Northwest IPA is balanced nicely with the use of crystal and victory malt. We finished this fine IPA with a heavy dose of dry hopping to lock in the all the intense flavors and aromas. This IPA is sure to satisfy the hop heads of the Northwest, so sit back and enjoy.

12oz bottle split with Ann. Big, biscuity IPA. Relatively clear tan-brown color. Very English in character in my opinion, about as full-bodied as a beer of 5.5% should be. Nice, mellow, and bitter. OK.

Bottle. Poured amber with lasting foamy white head. Some lacing. Faint aroma of citrus and flowers. Hoppy flavour with grapefruit notes. Lasting hop finish. Sort of unbalanced in the hop department, but not enough to be unpleasant. A good everyday IPA.

Pours a clear copper with bubbly effervescence that piles up a off white head. The aroma is grapefruit hops, orange rind and vague malty sweetness. The taste is a load of straight up bitter grapefruit hops that attack right from the get go. A tasty pale maltiness wells up about midway but quickly succumbs to the grapefruit hop bitterness. The malts are simply out numbered here. They did put up a worthy battle. But in the finish and into the after taste the hops hold strong with citrus bitterness.

Aroma of citrus, and perhaps floral, hop. Amber color with an off-white head that laced a bit. Starts with medium body, mild carbonation, and floral hop to die for. The finish is nicely bitter. Forgot to notice the malt, but on reflection it was there. The effect is to make the mouth want to stand up and dance. It is drinkable liquid hop. More so than some so-called DIPAs. As the label says, refreshingly bitter.

Bottle: Copper orange pour with a moderate white head and thick, sticky lacing. Nose of floral and citrus hops, earthy, and malts. Taste is a moderate hops assault with floral and piney hops, a little citrus too. Malt balances well up front into a lingering bitters finish. Just lacks in taste when compared to the version made for bottleworks.

Cloudy reddish-amber. Big, mesa-making head. Mossy, woody, kumquaty hop aroma. Fruity, bitter, calamansi taste, with pommelo, passion fruit and wood. Hops get a bit metallic at the end. Refreshing.

Draught Clear amber-copper; good, fluffy off-white head. Cocos; cookies and USA hops, not overdone constitute the nose. Mild bitter hops, and again, getting cocos in the taste. Bitterness is hoppy, grapefruit and hopsacks. Slightly burning MF, bit harsh, piney aftertaste. Good stereotypic Westcoast IPA.

Bottle Pours a light medium golden amber witha very large off-white fluffy head that eventually settled down leaving decent lacing. Aroma is very strong herbal, hops and grapefruit rind. Very strong hops and floral flavor. More citrus here too. Feel is good and hefty and the finish is a lingering pucker/bite.
