This crisp, hoppy Northwest IPA features Centennial, Cascade and Columbus hops that impart strong citrus hop flavors and aromas.

Our Northwest IPA is balanced nicely with the use of crystal and victory malt. We finished this fine IPA with a heavy dose of dry hopping to lock in the all the intense flavors and aromas. This IPA is sure to satisfy the hop heads of the Northwest, so sit back and enjoy.

Light amber brown color. Apricot, apples and cotton candy in the nose. Bitterness comes up the front, but then the palate seems weak and watery. Bitter finish. Not balanced.

Bottle from BevX360, Bellingham
Hazy amber color with generous head. This is a semi-dry and lean bodied Amber Ale, with forgettable aroma, some caramel flavor, ordinary bitterness and very little hop quality. Not an IPA; still drinkable.

Slightly hazy deep copper and amber coloured body with a thin, one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of light earthy and citrusey hops, some good malt, a hint of caramel and a bit of floral notes. Medium-bodied; Assertive nutty and earthy malt notes at first with a good english hoppy flavour and more of a pronounced hop feel and a chalkier/meatier malt flavour profile. Aftertaste shows nuts, caramel, a hint of bitterness and some more traditional West Coast IPA flavours, but not much - just a tiny hop bitterness. Overall, a decent and different IPA than I was expecting, but one worth trying if you are interested in an English style IPA or one that breaks the mold of a West Coast IPA. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Pear Delicatessen in Seattle, Washington on 08-February-2013 for US$2.00 sampled at home in [the real] Washington on 28-February-2013.

Bottle: Poured a clear amber with a off white cream head. The aroma is sour grain and malts, not much hop. Taste is metallic hops and malts, very watery finish.

Bottle. Pours a nice orange with a medium head and aromas of lemony citrus and a little grassy herbal edge. Flavor is similar. It’s a little underpowered for an IPA in my book, but is still a very nice and clean beer.

Bottled, from Spokane, WA. Clear dark amber, small head. Aroma of pine and pear. Sweet with some caramel biulding a rounded mid-sized, rather dense body. Long perfumy, resiny bitterness. The hop’s comes across a little bit harsh.

12 oz. bottle, pours a hazy dark golden with a small white head. Fairly mild grassy hops aroma and flavour. Refreshing IPA, but nothing special here.

Golden copper with a white head. Plenty of citrus hop aroma. Fresh fruit, light floral, grapefruit, light pine, and some sweet caramel. Very pleasant aroma. Flavor continues the fresh citrus hop feel. Grapefruit and medium caramel malts round it out. Finishes with some refreshing bitterness and light pine. A very nice IPA.
