Sample at the brewpub. Hazy orange pour with a medium off-white head that diminishes slowly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Medium to full body with flavors of ripe fruit, yeast and earthy malt. The finish is fruity with a banana and yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

I suspect the previous rater didn’t get quite the same character because it’s not quite the same beer. The RB Seattle Belgian changes up from batch to batch. The one I’m rating is 7.9%, presumably the same as the one shendrix tasted.
Golden accent to the amber body. Sweet taste with a candied fruit nuance and a light spiciness to carve through the caramel malt. There are some unfortunate plasticy notes late. Too sweet, on the whole, for pint-based drinking.

Draught No head; slightly hazy orange-gold beer. Bit of rainwater, white candi sugar and sweet alcohol, all discreet as nose. Pretty alcoholic taste, attenuation is definitel allright, finish is VERY alcoholic, nearly to exclusion of anything else. Lots of alcoholburnt, medium bodied, bit slick. Terribly alcoholic - compared to the Bourbon cask aged version, it is already halfway there.
