It's summer, the sun is out and Half Mast is the perfect way to celebrate. An IPA with a quarter of the alcohol, but not lacking in the flavour, impact balance that you would expect from a Siren beer. This golden coloured IPA has a surprising malt base given it's strength, low bitterness, but it's popping with juicy mango and grapefruit. Truly the perfect summertime drink.

On tap @ Cask Pub & Kitchen. This is a really cloudy deep golden almost a little amber looking one with a small light light lacing off-white top. Love the aroma here. It really smells fresh, sweet, fruity and inviting. Lots of peachy sweetness and there is even a little bit of toffee apples here. The red kind. Light citrussy as well. Lots of aroma! Damn, this is how I like my low also beers. Reminds me a lot of Lervig's Johnny Low. Fruity and fresh in the taste. Lots of peachy sweetness in the taste as well as the aroma. It has a mild oily mouthfeel, much more present that I had imagined and it's just above average on the carbonation. A nice citrussy finish here with a sweet malty almost biscuity tail. Quenchable lovely stuff! 08.11.2013

Rather very good, just off-white head, fed by lively carbonated orange-golden beer, veiled. End of bottle solid yeast. Very fruity nose: lytchee, passion fruit, grapefruit; US hops ’ galore. As to mango?? Very faintly smokey. Very attractive aromas. Taste and MF reveal the low alcohol. Bitterish-fruity (predominantly grapefruit), but apart from a faint oily trace, bit watery. MF is really its Achilles’ heel: too carbonated for its own good, spritzy but watery. Overall however, it’s a very refreshing, lively and pleasing drink - cudo’s. Remark, it’s about as British as the Statue of Liberty.

Dobre goryczkowe i mocno nachmielone amerykanskimi odmianami. W zapachu silny aromat kwasnego rozowego grejfruta, aromat juz w chwili podniesienia kapsla sie ulatnia. Finisz mocno goryczkowy i trwaiasty.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Light, citrusy hoppyness in the nose. Light-bodied. Citrus fruity flavor. Weak of course but lots of taste for this ABV.

33 cl. bottle. Clear, golden colour with a darker tint. Small, egg-white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, grapefruits, exotic fruits, pines - lovely hop character. Taste is bitter. Light to medium body, thinner texture - still good for a 2,8 %. Lively carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with floral hops and grapefruits. Excellent for a 2,8 %.

On tap at Christian Firtal. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, peach and pine, a great hoppy character. Dryish and thinnish hoppy flavour, but still a great balance for the strength... Has to be awesome as well served cask. Ryan, we need this as cask!

Bottle from ølbutikken. clear yellow, huge smooth offwhite yellowish head. aromatic flowery hoppy aroma, nicely crisp bitter but not overly hoppy bitter. Flavor is hoppy, flowery, citrussy, bitter. Flavor is a little bit dull, with some citrussy notes i think i recognize from other low alc beers, but in general refreshing and well-tasting.

Frisk duft av friske citrrus frukter. Dunkel gulbrun farge. dekkende kremet skum. Frisk litt syrlig smak av citrus. Et nydelig lettøl som drikkes gjerne igjen.
