Draft pour pint at the Tangletown location. Pours a bright fizzy gold color with a patchy head. Floral like aroma. Flavor has some floral hop flavor, along with some ripe banana, sweet fruit, and a little bready toward the finish. Quite refreshing. Flavorful lager. Not bad.

From tap at the Pike brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light toasted malty and light caramelish. Bitter and simple toasty. Dry and bitter finish.

On tap at Elysian, Seattle. Gold, lasting off white head. Medicinal hop aroma. Quite bitter quite a full tasting lager. Hoppier than I would expect, but I like it.

Draught Colour undeterminable. Very hoppy nose. No real Dortmunder beer has ever been hopped as such, but it is a nice individual touch. Some sweetness backstage. Hoppy, dry taste with just enough restsweetness to make "Dortmunder" believable. Kind of wry cake retronasal, but agreable. Extremely dry MF, but that doesn’t spoil anything. A surprising but very worthy lager. Do try.

Deep gold, lasting white head. Has hops/malt and all the required ingredients, but very poorly balanced
