Draught, at the brewery
Bronze colour. Bright. The aroma is very hoppy- an appetizing blend of florals, citrus, and resin. A little toasty. The body is very bitter, chewy, woody. There isn’t as much in here as other examples of the style and that’s why I like it - all the hops without so much crystal getting in the way. In light of what I said about this brewery’s IPA, this may seem hypocritical, but it’s not. The IIPA has just enough malt to make it work.
