A bit hazy golden color with huge white head, lace. Complex fruity aroma: banana, lemon, peach. Medium-bodied and very fruity. Malt, orange, banana together with caramel notes. Light hoppy notes in the finish plus alcoholic notes. Good triple-like Belgium - but no nuts found here :)

(BTW, this is the name of an Ardennes dried ham speciality - nothing to do with nuts...) Light copper, yeast in suspension; very dense yellowish head. Nose of caramel, roasted, sharp liqueurish. Extremely sharp alcoholic taste, burnt caramel, sweet - very Huyghe-like tastes. Medium bodied. Very light acidity in the end - not from the carbondioxide. Very badly conceived beer, way too sharp aggressive, roasted, alcoholic, caramel,... taste.

Pale golden with creamy head. Sweet, earthy aroma. Malty and surprisingly dry. Complex nutty flavour. Bitter finish. Excellent!
