[At GABF 2004] An unclear orange-brown beer with a small disappearing white head. The aroma is lovely sour with notes of wood. The flavor contains a great sourness, that draws out the mouthwater, and also some light metal notes. Nice one.

(draught - name is Sour Prick.) Stunning bright red-pink; pink head, dissipating. Extremely nice clear, fresh and natural smell, full of exotic fruitaroma. Weird taste, but strikes as 100% natural fruit taste, just unknown, with a hint of fruit sugar behind. Malts or hops are simply not missed in this one. Mouthfeel is just perfect for the style - if that were Fruit (it isn't a lambic). Extremely refreshing, neither too light nor too big. A GABF judge told me this beer just failed to make it to the medals - to his big grief. I join him, and I think it is worth Platinum.
