Central Waters took our Quadder and tucked it into bourbon barrels for a year-long nap. It woke up sexy and dark, with notes of vanilla, oak, dark, rich fruit, mahogany and leather.

Draught @ Cafe Hollander, Meqoun, WI. Pours clear dark brownish amber with a creamy tan head, lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, bread, vanilla, coconut, candy sugar, bourbon. Flavor is very sweeet, malty, bread, candy sugar, vanilla, light coconut, bourbon, alcohol. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 131119

Draught at Van Moll Fest 2019. Amber color, off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, thick heavy bourbon, sweet. Quit intense. Soft carbonation suits the beer. Pleasant. 8-3-8-3-15
