In the Spring ’16 we have been collecting fine spruces in the nature around the brewery of Rocket Brewing. We have added a some Brettanomyces for the ‘extra’ touch;-)
Malts: Pilsner, Wheat, Oat
Hops: Simcoe, Mosaic, Centennial &Citra
Dryhopped.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, bretty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet, rather bitter and light acidic. Dry, rather bitter and light acidic finish. 200816

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Saturday, Day 2 33cl bottle. Pours almost clear golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of bitter floral hops, citrus, soap. Taste of bitter fruity hops, citrus, floral bitter finish.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are brett, fruits, flowers, pine, citrus and malt. Nice fruity finish.

Tap@Taproom Malmö, Malmö (09/07/2016) - pours orange amber with a off white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and malty, some citrus peel, pine needles, light bretty and spruce notes, bitter finish.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, pines, lemons, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, pine, and spices, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle at Laiti’s, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, hops and malts.

33 cl bottle @ home
Aroma has rather old hops with gooseberry bush and mild baking stuff. Flavour is rather mild and uninteresting with farmhouse aromas, some fruitiness and grapefruit. Nothing offensive here but quite nothing to give either. Unless you’re looking for easy-to-drink farmhouse IPA. Not sure whethere this has been the intention of this beer, but that’s how I taste this. Not a DIPA anyway.

330ml bottle from Boxbeers. Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of stuffy fruits, tartness, yeast, leather, hints of herbal notes. Taste is smooth, fruity and slightly tartish with hints of bretta, yeast, leather and herbal notes. Finish is stuffy, earthy and slightly tartish with some yeast, bretta and herbal notes. A bit messy.

Draft @ Beer Ditch, Malmö. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty bretty spicy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty spicy bretty hoppy piney flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy piney bretty hoppy finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a rough, off-white head. Very intense citrusy and piney aroma, quite delicious. Medium body, low carbonation, yeasty, lightly Bretty with a late, leathery astringency. 230616
