bottiglia 33 cl, (bevuta scaduta) schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo smorto torbido, al naso frutta matura miele spezie e una punta di marsala, in bocca spezie e frutta gialla, corpo medio/leggero, watery, lieve acidula, carbonazione leggera, secca con amaro deciso lungo nel finale. Alla fine viene fuori un po' troppo l'alcool. Nel complesso si lascia bere. 19.10.18

Schwierig einzuordnen, leicht würzig, vornehmlich alkoholisch, wenig Aroma, sehr flach. Vielleicht schon zu alt? Muss ich nochmal gegenchecken.

Bottle pour into shaker pint glass. Appearance is hazy, dark yellow with greenish tinge, no discernible sparkle, thin veneer of white head with poor retention. Aroma, surprisingly powerful coconut/pineapple, like a rum drink. Pleasant alcohol. Taste is really good coconut, pineapple, alcohol, spiciness--like a tasty tiki drink. Palate is medium bodied with frothy texture, finish is sweet coconut-pineapple balanced with a bit of bitterness so doesn't come off as overly sweet. Overall, this is really delicious. And, quite different. Perhaps it's because it's rare, but why aren't more people using this hop?

26.06.2018 -- 0.355l bottle from coop in birsfelden, 3.30 fr, bb 13.09.2018. pours a hazy pale golden with a compact dense head. aroma of pickles (especially from the bottle), honey, citrus, flowers, funk. flavour of peppercorns, pickles, lemongrass, lemon drops. bittersweet finish, with a lingering bitterness. nice and complex, I like it a lot. maybe just a bit too sweet for my taste.

Bottle at Republiken Östersund. A really nice beer, places itself quite cleverly between golden ale, saison and i'd almost say geuze like sour. More details but ive forgotten ...the sesh.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden, cloudy with a medium white head. Aroma of Orange, other tropical fruit and spices. Light bitter with a good fresh fruit end.

Il citrico va a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una schiuma importante. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è moderato. L'intensità gustativa è normale e la continuità è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano indizi di cereali, agrumi e limone.
