Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is dill, cereals, caramel, yeast. Taste is dill, lemongrass, caramel, yeast. Silky mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Solid, but Sorachi Ace stays Sorachi Ace.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy apricot color topped by a small white head. Doughy, sweet fruity malt nose. Dry, peppery notes upfront. Sharp, bitter hops in middle. Bitter lemon peel and yeasty notes in finish. Crisp dry aftertaste.

Bottle. Pale gold in colour, with a decently-sized, white, head. Light grains, floral hops yeasty, stone fruits, a touch of lemon sharpness, leading to a dryish finish. Good.

Bottle from Coop. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is dill, cucumber, yeast, light saison funk. Body is medium, salad sauce, yeast, with both nice bitterness and sweetness, a hint of acidity, fruity and zesty and yeasty. Minerals, chalk, too. The Belgian yeast treatment shows. Dry indeed. Good!
