Thanks Steve for sending this to me as a part of the Crooked Stave membership box. Enjoyed 25CLs at cellar temp.

A - Very golden orange, and a 3 finger creamy head..fades but remains pretty sticky.

S - Smells very floral and full of herbs and fruity nose but hard to place.

T - Really nice Brett funk all of the right texture and notes. Every floral and pomegranate notes really comes through really really awesome. Rose hips, pomegranate, blueberry, raspberry and blackberry all rolled into one beer with tart chalky enamel stripping tartness but not sour..just really nice and dry.Quite perfect and very close to HFS Flora. It has all of the right notes of dryness and with the added fruit, it’s nearly perfect.

M - Dry, full-bodied and loaded with enough berry and floral notes that persistently continue for miles

O - A perfect brett beer. I don’t think this could get any better.

Pours fuzzy orange , small white head that fades instantly . Smell is very floral , sweet, even soapy ( in a good way ) Good carbo Taste is way less sour ? brett than expected . Very flowery , sweet - in a green way - very much passion fruit , light mouthfeel , yet enough taste .

750ml bottle shared by jmborggren. Thanks! Unfiltered chunky golden yellow tan. Sour lemon lime tones. Boldly sour, intense US Sour action. Apricot, plum, pear, lemon, fruity tones. Not overboard, has a nice quaffable palate. Has some nice depth with the 7% alcohol, a nice edge.
