22 oz. bottle from Treebute. Pours a light, slightly hazy gold, with a medium, bubbly head that fizzes out quickly. The aroma is wheat, lemon juice, juniper, some lacto, and cloves. Sweet and very tart flavor, but not overbearingly so. Light body, very bubbly, sticky, acidic, and clingy. This is a light, refreshing, and tasty beer. The flavor is unabashedly tart, but still balanced. Very nice.

Tap. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, baking yeast, little dusty, little sour and a little lemon. Flavour is malt, baking yeast, little lemon, little sour, fruit, little acid, medium dry and a little citrus.

Bottle thanks to Jeff. Pours a clear orange yellow with small frothy white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong lemon zest, lacto, and funk. Medium mouthfeel with nice crisp tart lemon, light oak, and light dry finish. Really enjoyed this.

[5/1/14] Draught at Mikkeller Bar in Copenhagen. Hazy golden. Lovely lactic aroma with yogurt and fruits, somewhat citric. Sourish lactic and fruity flavor with some wheat, a bready note and a grainy hint. Quite light-bodied. Tasty and extremely refreshing.

Smakprov på CBC 2014. En riktigt fin syrlig cross over öl. -någonstans mellan syrligt veteöl och en geuze. Funkig, syrlig doft med vete, citrus, omogna äpplen. Bra bett i syran och stor kropp och smak för stillen. Kan tänka mig att den är riktigt fin med frukt eller bär i.

Sampled @ CBC 2014. Clear yellow-golden color, medium sized off-white head. Quite fruity, slightly hops, but also lemon, apple and some weird earthy, smoke undertone. Weird mix of styles or something? Totally weird but not bad. Average body and carbonation.
