22 oz bomber courtesy of ericjones over at craftbeerkc.com. The pour is hazed yellow orange with a small white head. The aroma is hay, wheat, soft tart along with a bit of funk. The taste is a clean acidic tart sourness, balanced with the hay and wheat of the nose. All very clean and bright. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and the clean tart finish. Not a very traditional Berliner Weisse, but tasty and well made. Thanks Eric.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass golden yellow, small head. Fruity sourish aroma. Starts malty sourish, not too intense, fruity notes of apricot. Finish less sour, malty-spicy. Not bad!

Sample at the brewpub. Clear pale orange color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of lemons, wheat and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of tart citrus, wheat and cloves. The finish is dry and tart with a lemony aftertaste. Decent overall.

From the July 2014 3R6P gathering. +++ Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweet sugar, Sweettart candies, citrus, bubblegum and almost brett. The flavor was tangy and tart lemon, Sweettart candies and chalk. Long finish. Moderately fulll bodied. Solid.
