375ml can into pint glass. Wonderful nose of bread, fruit, and doughnut. Pours a cloudy amber with a clingy bubbly white head. Crisp and bitter to taste. Finish is lingering stonefruit bitter. Nice, easy to drink but not as complex (or 'in your face') as some Saisons.

640ml bottle - Pours a hazy light gold colour with a medium sized frothy white head, lightly carbonated. Sour dough bread and banana aroma, similar in taste a banana sweetness but with a light sour saison tartness and a spicy bite; possibly corriander and black pepper.

On tap at The Local. Pours cloudy yellow. Light summer aroma, a bit weak. Very nice saison tartness, refreshing, but also a bit weak in taste.
