This beer finely balances a rich red malt base with a combination of NZ and US hops picked for their stonefruit, pine, and citrus character. These hops combine harmoniously with a combination of malts chosen for their dark stonefruit and red berry character, resulting in a lush combination which is balanced with both dryness and a moderate bitterness. Rich and malty but dry and hoppy, we think this beer is the best of both worlds.
