Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Beautiful amber color, clean. The aroma is lightly vinous, acetic, footy. Moderate sourness; it tastes like sourdough bread, mildly fruity and vinous, with traces of acetic acid.
Messy.

Golden amber. Thin head. Tart. Odd - some residual malt, but also esters...it's tart and barrely but I'm not sold on the base beer.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear dark reddish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of oak, with brett funk, and tart cherry skins. Flavour is loaded with brett, followed by woody oak and some tart cherry skins. Woody and bretty on the finish. Excellent.

On tap at St. Augustine's during 54 taps Beerthirst event. Pours a clrar copper with a tan head. Aroma is slightly sour with some caramel notes. Similar taste. Quite good.

Draft - Soured caramel malts and some buttery notes. Clear copper with a small white head. Soured caramel, light barrel and only the slightest acidity.

Tap at SF Beer Week Opening Gala. Pours cloudy brown. Aroma: Barrel, yes, then candy, and also some brown. Dirty, not in a nice way. Medium, really tart, soft sourness disappearing on the palate. Good.
