Draft @ SF Beer Week Opening Gala 2017. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter finish.

Tap at SF Beer Week Opening Gala. Pours clear golden. Aroma: Tropical fruit, citric, pines. Heavy body, medium sweetness, oily sticky crisp. Residual sweetness on the palate. Not balanced, but okay

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Big grapefruit aroma with pine. Grapefruit and pine linger with summer fruit. Medium bodied. Very good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with summer fruit and backing caramel.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours med gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus, pine, maybe cat pee. Med + body. Flavor is like the aroma and more, followed by a nice toffeeish caramel. Delicious.

Sample at The Bistro DIPA-Festival, February 8. (my first one from this brewery) Hazy golden/orange with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, caramel, hops and some hay. The finish was dry.
