Dunkler, mild hefiger Beginn. Der Hopfen ist im Geruch stärker als auf der Zunge, milde Herbe, leicht ansteigend. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, etwas grasig, zunehmend malzig, dabei nimmt der Hopfen ab. 7/10/11/9/9/9

33cl bottle. Pours cloudy brown with a big beige foam. Light grassy hops leading into a medium body which almost drowns in crisp carbonation. Some truly overripe banana on the palate, otherwise not much reminders that this is a Weizen. Nice and unusual, something worth trying!
