More mountains, less stress! And more beer too… This is our philosophy at the brewery and this West Coast IPA is the perfect way to let go of the stress and enjoy the moment. With a marked bitterness, flavors of grapefruit and litchi, it’s the perfect combo for a super-fresh moment.

I think that it is a decent IPA, the taste is perfectly bitter, citrus, small notes of sweetness, malt and nice final touch with the hop, 18.01.2017, buying it at the ex grain d'Orges, Crissier, drinking it at Lausanne Prélaz.

hazy dark amber to brown colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish ecru head; aroma of pine resins, grapefruity-pomelo, marmalade, some tropical fruity and biscuity notes; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one! one of the best 7Peaks beers for sure!

Bottle. Dark colour for the style and actually it's not really an IPA at all. But a rather nice brown ale. Just not in style.

Bottled 330ml. -Dark golden/amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, fruity hoppy nose. Sweet malty, strong piney citrusy hoppy, some caramel and alcohol with pretty strong carbonation. Light dry spicy finish. A bit messy but the best of 4 I've tried.

Tap at CBFZ 2016. Pines, grass, forest floor. Soft carbonation, rather light body. Short finish, but still half a forest. Lacks punch, almost watery.
