Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Typical belgian triple notes, but after 5 years (bb 2012) the aroma hops is obviously gone. Mostly an aged Tempete, but it held up quite well without developing anything spectacular. Quite smooth and round though.

Parallel with the classic Tempête, bb 2012-04
Cloudy blond color, lighter than the Tempête; generous head. The aroma is delicate, with some yeast, paper and hay; and not necessarily traces of the promised hop. Correct body strength, light malt flavor, quite evident yeast character, with a spicy side; there is also a light sourness that may become infection later, but at the moment helps the drinkability.
Pleasant, but with some homebrewing flaws.
