Das Dunkel, ein kristallklares schwarzes Bier mit langanhaltendem Schaum. In der Nase duftet es nach getrockneten Aprikosen und Zwetschgen. Im Mund entfaltet es dann sein süssliches, vollmundiges Bouquet mit einer toastigen, leicht an schwarze Schokolade erinnernde Nuance. Im Abgang entdeckt man die angenehm bittere Note.

Appearance: Dark brown, clear. Small to medium, light tan head. Aroma: Nuts, dark malt. Roasted, a bit of dark chocolate. Taste: Dark malt, lightly roasted. Some dark chocolate and hazelnut. Caramel sweetness. Info: 8/12-2023, BB: 14/5-2024

Dunkler, süßlich röstiger Antrunk. Etwas Schokolade, trocken, mild grasig. Cremig, trockenes Karamell, zunehmend röstig. Mittellanger Nachhall. Nett. 9/9/10/9/8/9

Bottle at Monday Club Zurich. Roasty throughout but mostly on the palate. Definitely on the bitter side. Coffee. Surprisingly light for such an aroma and ABV, very nice. Slightly off balance on the finish, but not off-putting.
