Dreaming of an escape? Go back to those autumn days and imagine the smell of the forest surrounding that mountain alpage. The eperon’s resinous, green, and fruity flavor, with a light bitterness, will remind you of those Indian summer days.

hazy orange to amber colour, medium sized ecru head; aroma of grapefruity, mango, some pineapple, orange peel oils, buttery and biscuity notes; hoppy taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; refreshing beer

Fruchtiger, spritzig hopfiger Beginn. Süffig, die Hopfigkeit bleibt hoch, die Bitterkeit moderat. Spritzig, vollmundig, hell würzig, mittellanger Abgang. Gut. 11/11/11/10/11/11

Refreshing and very light pale ale. Citrusy, some pine, grapefruit, light malt. Low alcohol but very tasty. And also very drinkable. Really amazing pale ale.

Appearance: Light orange golden, very hazy. Huge amount of creamy, off-white head. Over-carbonated, overflowing bottle. Aroma: Light fruits, light hops. Taste: Light fruits, decent hops. Some yeast, strange off-putting bitterness. Not great. Bought: Craftbrew.ch, 330 ml, CHF 4.50 Info: 10/1-2020, BB: 5/2-2020

Tap at CBFZ 2017. Aroma is citric, grassy and soapy. Body is light with no backbone, rather a SIPA really. Thin. Soft carbonation, only bitter. Dry watery palate. Meh.
