Good, dense, lightly yellowish irregular head over well-carbonated, fully hazy orange beer. Grapefruit, overripe banana, oranges going soft, sweet flower scent, almonds. Bitter-ish, with a rosewater, oxydized finish - probably oxydized hops (well within BBd). Some fruity ester, finishing weak-sweet. Quite slick, very well carbonated, bit sticky finish. Not very interesting, except for the agrobirrificio mold.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di caramello, miele, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo e agrumi.

Medium amber with a full head. Aroma of herbal hop. Flavour is herbal hop, jam and malt, light malty fruit finish

75cl bottle. Hazy amber color, with a very nice big head, lacing and staying. Aroma is fruity, resin, caramel. Taste is caramel malts, resin hops, citrus. Oily texture, carbonation is low, moderate bitterness. Nice IPA.

On tap at Osteria la Mandorla, Verona, Saturday 7th September 2019. Pours warm gold/light amber with a slim white filmy head. Fruity and whilst it carries a little bitterness the Ruspante seemed more bitter. A touch of chestnut amongst the fruity touches. Good.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a frothy head. Aroma is herbal, citric, tropical fruit, but all rather low. Body is medium, with an odd thinness, but still sweet, dextrose. Quite bitter, with a foamy texture. Slightly fruity palate. Okay.
