The Haandbryggeriet version of Vuur & Vlam.
Fyr og Flamme is a dry hopped IPA in the US style with an exceptional aroma and hop flavours. We use a very special blend of 3 American hops that produce lots of hop flavours. We produce living beer, not pasteurised or filtered.

Botella de 50 cl en el lúpulo en junio de 2012. Lote 452 de 06-03-2012 hasta 06_03-2013. Buena ipa nórdica con sabores de maltas rusticas y salvajes, ligeramente afrutada y con amargor bueno al final. Cuerpo medio con 6.5 vol. Buena en general.

500ml bottle.Murky orange/amber body, with big orange foamy head. Orange, grapefruit, tangerine, herbs and notes of yeast to the nose. Taste: Tropical fruits, bread, citrus, cummin and some perfume. Courtesy by Rune@Rating Session 22.03.12. Thanks!

Bottle, many thanks to Cunningham. Orange golden color with enormous off-white head. Aroma of oranges, orange zest, caramel, pines. Taste, malt, orange, orange zest, clementines, caramel, floral hops, spices. Dry hoppy finish. Extremely tasty IPA.

Flaske fra polet i Straensenteret, batch 560 (brygget 10.01.13): litt uklar oransje-gylden med flott skum som varer. Deilig aroma av eksotiske frukter og snev av furunål. Stor munnfylde og lang ettersmak med fint avstemt bitterhet. Smaken kan de være stolt av, dette er kvalitets-ipa, verdt hver krone. Må kjøpe en til for lagring. Flaske (batch 692, brygget 03.12.13) kjøpt i taxfree-sjappa på Sola: kvalitetsdrikke av aller øverste skuffe - jeg er fyr og flamme for denne. Nyinnkjøp fra samme sted skal gjøres om et par uker! Opp fra3.9 til 4.2.

On tap @ La Tape. Orangish colour with a white head with good duration and nice lacework. Aroma is slightly hoppy, malty and citrusy. Flavor has an average bitterness, slightly hints of citrus and caramel, also vinous and grapes traces are present. Smooth and creamy on palate with an aftertaste with citrus notes.

500ml Bottle - A rich amber colour with a foamy head. Toffee, pine, lemon, grapefruit and a hint of spice all feature in the aroma. Hoppy, bitter and fruity taste with dried apricot, grapefruit, tea and a hint of spice. Tasty and really enjoyable.

Bottle from Chester Beer & Wine. . Murky amber pour with a generous off-white head. Hop led nose with notes of fruit and grain. Fullish body. Further decent hoppage predominated in the flavour with notes of citrus and sweet malt. A little earthy. Dryish, fruity finish. Good stuff, hard to find fault here.
