Bottle at Au Trappiste. Pours clear amber. Aroma is raspberry, funk, little barrel. Body is medium, sour and tart, quite fruity, raspberry, mealy, lively to fizzy carbonation, but really mostly sourness. Dry, of course. Good, but a bit simple.
