Bottle #47 at Samses restaurant, Zurich. Pours clear darkish amber. Aroma is vegetables, piss, soy sauce, herbs and spices. Body is light and a bit watery, more off flavours, soap, quite bitter, and lacking a body completely, little herbs. Super dry, even after pouring the dregs. Well, not all local micro craft is good.
