From backlog. 0,33 litre Bottle at Mercure Hotel Zwolle. Dark Amber with offwhite head. Malts, hops, yeast and some sweetness.

Rötlich bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, fruchtiger würziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, fruchtig mit dunklen Früchten, röstmalzig. Prägnant süß mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer bis voller Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Very tasty, plum/bubblegum/belgian yeast. Strong beer that is clean and easy on the palate. Eleventh commandment Amsterdam (jan 2018) Had an oxidized bottle but 18 months before expiration, would give it a 3.4. Oct 2020

Thuis uit een flesje. Lichter van kleur dan ik verwacht had van een dubbel, maar mooi roodbruin. Beige schuim. Zeer aangename smaak, zoet gecombineerd met een aangenaam aroma maakt dit een uitstekende dubbel.

33cl bottle at Circus, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark amber with creamy whitish foam, high and persistent. Aroma is intensely malty and caramel. Body is average, with just a bit of stickiness, and medium carbonation. Taste is sweet, but without much character. Finish is average.

Aus der Flasche. Hellbrauner Körper, klar, etwas Schaum. Aroma: Süßer Malz, Trockenfrüchte, etwas Hefe. Geschmack: Karamell, Malz, Röstaromen, leicht säuerlich.
