Säuerlich holziger Beginn. Etwas Honig, Vanille ist nicht erkennbar. Süffig, eher trockener Hintergrund, spritzig. Konstante Säure, mittellanger Abgang. Gut! 10/11/12/11/9/12

Tap at Solothurner Biertage. Pours clear dark brown. Aroma is dust, wood, honey, cinnamon. Body is medium, candy sour, barrel, quite fizzy. A bit pinching too, but not disturbing. Feels kettle sourish. Dryish fruity palate. Good!
