West Coast Brewing No Clouds No Problem Italian Pils 5% Clear straw gold with a dense off-white head of foam and lovely soft herbal & fruity (muscat) aroma with crackery malts. The taste is pale crackery malts up front, nice herbal fruity bitterness on quite a full body. On a mild sunny day like today this really hits the spot.

Tap at Taigu. Clear, deep gold. bubbles, with a low, thick head. Bright, lemony hops with a bit of honey and bread. Sweet honey, lemon, biscuit. Crisp, clean, dry finish. Good drinking and no flaws though not surprising.

fairly pale golden color. Modest frothy head. Big grassy nose with a dry minerally Muscat character. Very crisp with a mineralliness that you can’t get in German lagers. Firm bitterness. Bone dry. Not my favorite style but a good take on what it is.
