Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 1. Clear light er amber color, average sized beige head. Aroma is incredibly smoky. Flavor is incredibly smoky. Second day tried it again, got some more sweetness this time and a bit more herbal. What this has to do with berliner is -still- beyond me.

Long before 1516. So they had to make it with a lot of smoked malt. I think they who love that will love this one Very balanced and fine. And also a fine deep round pleasant malty back That made this one drinkable for me Would not mind another one by the campfire a lovely winter night [Bottle from ChrisOfstad]

Tap @ Borefts 2019. Pale amber color. Smoke, lots of beechwood, fat sausage, tarry lapsang in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweetish. Nice.
