Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Brown red colour, pink bubbly head. Aroma very complex, every sniff it changes, funky, bit stinky, fruity strawberry, cherry, raspberry, bit of plastic, quite cheesy, sweet too but much better than I have made it sound. Taste is nice, lots of cherry, nice sourness, marzipan, sour finish. Bit of a sparkling white wine feel and taste. Very strange, but pretty nice. nice and bubbly, not really gueze like but interesting enough.

Tap @ BBF 2011. Amber color. Grapes, oak, vanilla and marzipan in the aroma. Slightly acidic flavor with oak, grapes and marzipan. Vinegar in the aftertaste.

Hazy blood orange colour with no head and no carbonation. Aroma and flavour are really floral. Juicy and a little funky. Different. Sharp.

Small bottle shared with my family for Christmas! My brother's 'fridge gate'. Pours a lovely red with little head or carbonation. Aroma is complex, lots of funkiness, wild yeast, lot of red berries. Medium body. Flavour is funky, acidic, grapes, red berries, cherries. Lovely. It is somewhere watery as described but not in an unpleasant way.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy reddish brown, not very attractive, no foam. Aroma is intense, sour, vinous. Body is dense, with good carbonation and intense astringency. Taste is intensely sour. Finish is very pleasant: long and intensely sour.

Draft - Vinous red grape. Deep copper with a small head. Tart red grape with a nice long finish. Not complex but a nice sour red grape note.
