7 3 7 3 14 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of green weedy hops, light fruit, grassy notes and wheat. Flavour is above light sweet, bitter and sour. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bxlbeerfest. Pours yellow. Aroma is dry, hoppy, herbal, sour. Flavor is sour, salty, fruity. Finish is sour and pit puky. Overall: ok.

Tap at BXL festival. Clear pale straw with white head. Dank hops, lots of weird herbs, white cheese, earthy, very lactic, yoghurt. Medium sour and light sweet and bitter. Light bodied. Not my thing.

Bottle - Sweet, grassy and salty. Cloudy yellow gold with a decent white head. Bright grassy and citrus with a salty clean finish. Nice.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur jaune paille voilée, mousse blanche évanescente. Arôme de zeste de citron, coriandre, salin, blé, léger côté lactique. Goût de houblon fruité, acidité moyenne, malt, citron, soupçon de coriandre. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.
